What is your invitation mailing policy?

Before we ship your order to you, we carefully inspect and package everything. Once your stationery order is shipped to you + leaves the RMP studio, RMP is not responsible for any damages or loss of product within the postal network. This also applies to clients who have opted for RMP to mail out their invitations to guests as well. Please see "FULFILLMENT/SHIPPING" at the bottom of this page for more information about our order fulfillment and shipping policies.

What are your Terms + Conditions and Policies when ordering wedding stationery?

CUSTOM STATIONERY: Every client will recieve a copy of our policies in their custom contract. If you would like a copy of our terms + conditions for custom projects, please email us at raechellemariepaperie@gmail.com. SEMI-CUSTOM STATIONERY: All payments made through raechellemarie.com for custom + sem-custom stationery and/or custom projects, will constitue an agreement/contract between us confirming that you fully understand and agree to the polices, terms + conditions sent to you, estimated quotes, and product pricing. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY: All designs, artwork, and content is property of Raechelle Marie Paperie. Designs and products cannot be copied, sold, altered, or reproduced. RETURNS + CANCELLATIONS: If you need to cancel your order, you may do so before your final prood approval. After your proof is approved and sent to print, your order cannot be revised or cancelled. Due to the handmade + custom nature of our stationery products, we do not accpet returns or exchanges. STATIONERY CLIENTS: PLEASE NOTE After your proof approval and your project has been sent to print, RMP is not responsible for any informational or gramatical errors. Please look over your digital proofs carefully during the proofing process and confirm informational details of your event with your vendors and/or wedding planner prior to ordering your stationery.
